Wordy ("the Service") is a web-based game platform provided "as-is". By accessing, browsing, or utilizing our platform, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Wordy.

Wordy Pro is a premium monthly subscription service. Our entire order process is conducted by our authorized online reseller, Paddle.com.
Merchant of Record Notice
"Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all Wordy transactions. They handle all billing lifecycle events, customer service inquiries, and returns."
Subscriptions auto-renew every 30 days until cancelled via your account settings or paddle.net.
5. Liability Limitation

WORDY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES. OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING MONTH.
6. Governing Law
These terms and your relationship with Wordy shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt.
